Music at Trinity

Create. Perform. Contribute.

Become an outstanding musician. Develop your musical talents and transform into an effective artistic and spiritual leader through myriad opportunities for both theory and practice. Contribute positively to the local community through the Arts.

What makes it distinct?

All senior music majors are working in the field of music. During your final year in Trinity’s music program, you’ll have the opportunity to begin working professionally in a music-related career. This means when you graduate, you’ll already have your foot in the door.

An innovative, forward-thinking music program. Yes, you get the basics in Trinity’s music program, like music theory, ear training, conducting and composition. But you also have the opportunity to participate in a program that is on the front edge of what’s “next” with music and technology.

Personalization for each student. When you join the Music Department, you’ll have the opportunity to discover with us what you want your focus to be. Then together we’ll create a track that meets your dreams and career goals.

Community Music Opportunities

Trinity’s performing groups often have the opportunity to perform regionally with other musical groups. Here the Trinity choir performs with the Cascade Youth Symphony Orchestra at Benaroya Hall in Seattle.
