If admitted to Trinity Lutheran College to study as an international student, I hereby agree to:

Enroll in courses appropriate to my course of study as agreed upon with my advisor.
Enroll in, attend, and complete a full-time program (12 credits minimum) of study each semester.
Obtain approval of an advisor before dropping or adding a class.
Agree to abide by and uphold the student life policies as listed in the student handbook.
I further understand that if I fail to meet any of the above requirements, or it I fail to maintain at least a "C" grade average and complete 12 credits each semester, Trinity will be required to notify the United States Immigration and Naturalization Service and my sponsor that I am on probation or that my approval to enroll at Trinity has been cancelled, and therefore, I will not be permitted to continue my studies at Trinity.
I further understand that I must obtain permission from Trinity and have my I-20 ID student copy authorized if I should decide to visit areas outside the United States for any reason. I certify that the information I have provided in my application for admission to Trinity Lutheran College is true, complete, and accurate.
