Housing at Trinity is found in the Trinity Apartments, located just a few short blocks from the main campus at 2628 Hoyt Avenue. Built in the 1920’s, the Trinity Apartments have studio, one bedroom, and two bedroom units, each with their own bathroom(s) and kitchen. Each unit is unique and offers a different layout. Our charming brick building also offers easy access to local dining, limited free street parking, limited garage parking, free laundry machines in the lower level, and a student community room with cable. Housing assignments are based on a first come first served basis; returning upper class students have first choice of both units and roommates.

A deposit of $300 is required for each student prior to moving into the apartments. This is a refundable deposit that holds a student’s place in the Trinity Apartments. Students are eligible for a return of their housing deposit less any fines for cleaning or damages after a final check-out has been completed by the RD and the appropriate housing refund dates have been observed.
Room rates are based on the type of unit. In the event of a student not having a roommate (a roommate decides not to come to Trinity, moves to a different room, or withdraws), consolidation between rooms may occur. A student may request that their roommate not be replaced however the room rate would become a single room rate. Students must be open to receiving a new roommate to retain the original room rate, otherwise the rate will be adjusted to the appropriated room rate. So long as students are open to receiving a new roommate (i.e. original number of beds and other furniture remains in the room), and the Director of Residence Life & Student Success is unable to find a replacement, the room rate will not increase.
