Applying as a Transfer Student


You may apply as a transfer student if you have graduated from high school or earned an equivalent diploma, and seek to transfer college-level credit to Trinity from another regionally accredited college or university. To be considered for transfer admission to Trinity, you need one year (30 semester or 45 quarter hours) of college level academic coursework. If you wish to apply for admission with less than 30 semester hours of transferable credit, you must also submit an official high school transcript.

Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis with no application deadlines. Once Trinity has received all of your application materials you can expect an admission decision and notification of merit scholarships within two weeks.

Transfer Application Instructions

  • Undergraduate Application – Trinity’s online application is free. Create your account, sign in and begin your Trinity application. Once you've started, you will be able to save your application and return to make changes at any time before final submission. Click here to create your account.
  • Personal Statement/Essay - You may complete your essay on the online application, or e-mail your essay to admissions@TLC.edu.
  • Official College Transcripts - Request transcripts from each college/university you have attended.

If you have less than 30 semester (45 quarter) hours of college credit upon application, you must also send:

  • Official high school transcript or equivalent
